Continuously Met With "Network connect was not permitted, please check your firewall settings" Error

I have been having issues whenever I launch Vortex or attempt to download anything. I am constantly met with an error message saying, "Network Connect was not permitted, please check your firewall settings". I am also met with error messages saying that "an error occurred refreshing user info". I've tried updating my firewall settings to allow Vortex through, but this has not worked. Additionally, I've attempted to turn my firewall on and off as well as restarting my computer. I am on Vortex version 1.14.3 and currently am managing Skyrim Special Edition.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Log out of Vortex, restart Vortex, then log back in again.

That seems to have fixed most of the errors, but it still is having that same error when trying to scan my mods for updates and when I try to download mods using the mod manager download. (I just updated to the newest version of vortex as well 1.14.5)
