Need help finding out why fauna in my game are so high-level...

I'll just cut to the chase: my fauna is waaaaaaaaay overleveled. Between level 40 and 90. Super high. Been like this since I started this save. I have mods installed and was really hoping maybe someone could help me find out which mod might be causing it because I've searched and searched and cannot find anyone dealing with the same issue.
