Vortex cannot close and refuses to uninstall old files during update.

Hello, I have been having a problem with vortex during the installation of its most recent update. It tells me that vortex cannot close and that it can't uninstall the old application files.
I just recently updated to windows 11.

I have tried: 

Turning off firewall.

Reinstalling vortex.

Deleting the LOCK folder.

I tried to find a instance of vortex that was still running but the only one that was, was the installer so closing that closed the update.

Vortex can launch multiple child processes. Make sure their are No Processes associated with Vortex.exe. Use an advanced Task Manager like System Informer.

Whenever I went to download and the error showed up. I checked System Informer and the only vortex process that was running was the update program and the old application uninstaller.

Is there some hidden program or is it under a different name?
