Mod is nto working

Hi 

i am new to use mods to the games, so i watched videos how to add mods, very easy and straightforward, 

so i downloaded for mod file , created to mod folder, extracted the files in this folder, still nothing worked

tried different mods, still nothing works

 

any help?
