Texture/Model Editing, I cant figure out "partsbnd" files.

So Im using a mod called "Curvy Nude Misbegotten" but Im trying to edit some texture myself so Im trying to use this mod as a base. I used WitchyBND to remove the dcx compression but I dont know where to go from here to further decompress it.
