Dean Domino bug, plz help.

So as i enter the tompico everything proceeds as normal, but when i go to pick up the key in the music, dean comes out, then tries to initiate dialogue, fails, then turns around and leaves. i have no clue if maybe one of my 200+ mods is the reason, but im also running TTW. does anyone know of any popular mods that might be causing my problem? or if anyone has a solution i would appreiacte it. because even if i cheat my way to dean, the only dialogue option is "I've got to go"
