Why does the Kaga attack in the druid grove a few seconds after the dialogue?

I agreed to the task of stealing the idol, but I didn't steal it. At the first meeting with Kaga in the sanctuary I saved a tiefling girl, then I talked to Which One, a few seconds after the conversation, Kaga declared me a traitor and attacked me, why?

Then, for fun, I uploaded a save in front of the sanctuary and decided to see what would happen if I didn't save the tiefling girl - Kaga didn't attack me after the dialogue.
