I've recently gotten back into modding Fallout 4 and was experiencing some issues, so I removed all my mods and reinstalled the game. I was expecting a normal download when the most frustrating thing happened. Vortex no longer recognizes some mods as light, and it has even removed the ability to make some mods light; there's no option available anymore, as it has been removed. So my game and LO went from a healthy 222 actives to over 300 with no way to change them back. I have no idea what could have caused something like this.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation before?

It's the new version of Vortex's libloot. Until the devs fix it Vortex is kinda wonky. Best bet is to roll back to an older version 1.13 versions or 1.14 prior to 1.14.6
