FNV Eyepatch revamp

We need a new eyepatch mod people.

The best one I can find, and works with my customs models far easier with less clipping-- has a stupid "horn" on it.

I know nothing about creating actual mods, but everything you need is right there. Honestly just wish someone would remove the horn, I was able to change it to eyewear using FNVedit but wasnt able to figure out how to get rid of "horn". Someone please make a quick edit/reupload. Maybe put the eyepatch in the general store or docs instead of boulder city as well.
