Mass download mod history?

I cannot tell you how often this has been an issue for me, i go back to a game i havent played in a while, the save doesn't work because it was modded, so i need to go back and download every mod i downloaded before, There is a mod download history on nexus, but i have to go back and manually reinstall each and every mod, and for playthroughs with 300+ mods, thats insane. 

Has anyone figured out a way just to iterate through your downloaded mods history and just send them all to vortex?

This would be a huge feature. Or at least expose the list with download buttons in vortex
