Issue with Vortex on second computer.

Hey all, so I want to play Starfield on my tv room computer. I am a paid member so I created a collection, uploaded it, then went in the backroom, downloaded and installed it with ease. I went to deploy mods, start the game, but the game does not see any mods at all. Says the save game is missing everything. 

Deleted and reinstalled mods
Same issue
It wanted me to download them from Creations

I tried that, all but 1 mod showed up, still asks me to download from creations, then crashes when I do. 

Cant launch the game at all

go back to my main PC and everything is honkey dory. 

Not sure what the issue is here.
