CaptainCookie
Eh. I figured out what was wrong. But now, I have another predicament. Do I want to make it .esm? Or do I want to keep it simple, for all the kiddies? I had a problem in Oblivion with .ESM files. My character with 200 plus hours, and every quest complete, I had to delete, because textures were disappearing even after I reinstalled. I thought my save was corrupted. Now I want what it was. I don't really want anyone to have to go through the complicated process of deleting an .ESM file Any suggestions?
october21
FO3Edit, and I think FOMM can do it too (not 100% sure on that one though).

I used F03Plugin, only to realize, TrebTreb ( Creator of SimpleNeeds) did it for me.http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7662
