EWHarker
I just installed a fresh Skyrim via Steam, then installed NMM and SKSE. After a successful load I exited and installed SkyUI. When I load back in I can no longer move or look around. I can however hit ESC and use the mouse there no problem. Anyone got any ideas how I could resolve this? Thanks in advance. -H
EWHarker
I verified that I have SKSE installed properly via command console just now, It seems to be SkyUI causing the problem, still not sure why though.

cvesay
I was having the same issue with the same setup: - SKSE was installed and running properly - Was using NMM (Nexus Mod Manager) - Verified SkyUI was running - Could access menu and SkyUI was loaded in the menu All this but I still could not move. If I uninstalled SkyUI and booted back up then everything worked fine again. The fix that worked for me was to simply load an AutoSaved file and not one I manually made. Use a "Auto Location" save file and not a "### Location" save file, with "Location" being the town/dungeon/Skyrim where you made the save file and "###" being the number of the manual/custom save file. Not sure why it worked, but it did the trick for me. From that point on everything seemed to work fine, including any manual/custom save files I made after the "fix" was applied. Hope this helps someone. Edited February 21, 2015 by cvesay

HeArTBeaT15
if that does not work i found a fix that perfectly works. Download jaxonz possitioner, open the console and select yourself (the id that should appear is 00000014 ) , then move yourself to another location and then press the delete button (not DEL, but the key assigned by the mod to delete objects wich is numpad / key). This will re-enable your character's movement.
