Redsky86
I was wondering if anyone has or is willing to make something to help add modded armours to skyrims random loot drops in chests and on NPC's. Or some kind of tutorial or help would be greatly appreciated, I have a fair few armour mods and i would really like it if i were able to find them out and around in the world without having to just spawn them in or be forced to craft them. Any help would be great thanks.
Indigoblade
sure what do you want to know? List the mods you want in level lists, which lists in particular ect
Redsky86
Basically there are quite a few mods i have (like 99 total) Not all of them are armours and so on but i wanted to add the weapons and armours into the game so they spawn in chests and for NPC's. I think you can do it as the NPC's draw from a level based pool (from what ive read) It was more a case of adding in the sets at what seems like a reasonable level so i dont end up spawning a ridiculous armour at a really low level. I believe the lists would be the global spawn and NPC spawn lists for armours and weapons but like i said brand new to this so no idea XD
Indigoblade
What I suggest is that you first take a look at the way the vanilla game handles item lists. Look for the most relevant to you needs under the level items selection on the object window in the ck and read up on how the game handles it
Redsky86
I went into the creation kit to have a look but it is really complex (well looks it right now anyway) Its a confusing thing XD Ill be honest i was hoping for some kind of .exe that would let me put an item into a sort of "level 30+" bracket and things like that. Indigoblade
Its actually not that bad, all you need to do is find the item you want on the object screen and drag it into the level list dialog box, from there you can set the level that it appears, ect ect. the best place to learn is probably by reading up the creationkit website, I put up all the terms on this link.I suggest you experiment a little bit and place vanilla items into random places, test it out in a new game and see what happens. Modding is all about experimentation and testing, you can't just stop cuz you think it looks confusing. Try out some stuff and if you need specific help you can either PM or keep posting here
