greyassassin24
I have a mod that I need imput on. It's very similar to the "Cook Meth-Breaking Bad" mod, but with more advanced features. Should I release what I have (Fully playable, but without the more complex features), or should I wait on it and release it later, with everything done. I have no idea how long the rest would take if I keep it.

jazzisparis
Consider this: If you decide you want to share your mod with the community, I assume you would want it to draw as much attention as possible, and be used by as many people as possible. The more complete and polished your mod is upon release, the more attention it will draw, and the more constructive feedback and endorsements you will receive. On the other hand, releasing an average-quality/incomplete mod will, in most cases, achieve exactly the opposite. I have seen many such mods, some of which were very promising, that were released hastily and prematurely, and were subsequently forgotten. The lack of interest in the mod tends to discourage the author from further developing it.
