OBGEv3 or ENB or both?

I've tried setting OBGEv3 with what looks like the best possible shaderlist setup and I can't really seem to make my game look like others have with OBGE. I've tried using A Tweaked ENB and it looks pretty fantastic. But i'm really unsure about the setup of OBGE because it seems like it can be comparable to ENB's and I can't quite get to that level. I'm looking for advice on which setup can provide the best possible visuals regardless of performance. Also would it be possible to mix and match features such as ambient occlusion and depth of field from the ENB with things like godrays and other effects from OBGE for example? or are they mutually exclusive visual mods.
