Q: sneak crits turn off

Yeah, certainly the first one.

As for actors still couldn't be able to detect PC, well, when player start shooting they start detecting, it's simple.

Running through makes fun, but stealth action is also good part of gameplay when it not spoiled with a supa-killing-shot with the junk chinese pistol.

 

But besides of all I'm just interested whether it is a hardcoded option, or I can turn it off or edit in GECK.

 

 

Well, looks like fCombatDamageBonusSneakingMult multiplies basic weapon damage when undetected (in original game by 2, if 0 there is no damage), and fCombatSneakAttackBonusMult is a fixed crit probability while undetected (100% in vanilla game, if 0% crits never happen).

As weird as everything else in game mechanix :wallbash: .
