Anyone will to partner on a Mod?

I can't spell, title should have been "Anyone willing to partner on a Mod?"

 

I'm fishing to see if there is any interest in teaming up to build a mod that adds extra content.

 

I created a couple mods for Fallout3 but that was in 2009. I've forgotten virtually everything I knew.

 

I have most of the characters, time-lines, floorplans, goals, etc. worked out in my head. I've also begun working on the Cells with navmeshes.

 

The key elements are:

  • 2 new shops
    Right now the two shops are separate buildings that share a common basement as well as possibly an entrance to a "safe" area.
    (The Apothecary run by three women that carries a full line of non-addictive substitutes for the regular chems)
    (Pheonix Arms, run by a Ghoul and a Super Mutant, they specialize in crafting unusual armor)
  • 8 characters (3 in Apothecary, 2 in Pheonix Arms, 1 Robot and 2 human guards)

The player's activities would range from defending against raiders and critters as well as tracking down rare but necessary components for shop equipment and products.

 

I've also considered that they may wish to create a safe haven for refugees, orphans, etc.

 

(This is all very similar to my "Megaton Expansion" mod, still on Nexus)

 

If anyone is interested please let me know.

 

Otherwise, I'll probably limit my modding to the 1 millionth player house/hideout/getaway.
