BadPrenup
I think to get a hair from a different mod to work you need to have the mod that puts the hairstyles into the game checked in Data files as well if you want to use it. So these mods should be checked in Data files Oblivion.esm (has to be/always is)Ren's Hair.espYour companion mod (Checked and set as Active File) Try that. And I know it was resolved earlier but when you edited your blank reply to say that it was a blank reply, you posted what you were going to say like 8 minutes later right? Why didn't you just edit your blank reply to say what you were gonna say? Not important, just wondering.

The screw-up on the post is because, sometimes my brain goes on vacation and doesn't tell me. in other words just wasn't thinking. Now as to the hair...here's the deal, I am using the latest edition of "Beautiful People", which has, along with Ren's Beauty Pack, too many mods to name. I have checked 'Beautiful People" and my mod and in the construction set everything looks hunky dory. However, when I save the mod and try to play it, my character/companion is as bald as an egg.
