888mikem888
For example, with the GRA DLC, there's two Assault Carbine's, one's just called Assault Carbine, and the other's Assault Carbine (GRA). The stats are the exact same to me, so I don't know what the point of having two identical weapons in the game is. Maybe there's an obvious difference that I'm missing, so sorry if this is a stupid question, just wondering.
micalov
lazyness on incorporating GRA weapons mods into the game, stat wise there is no difference, minus they can use weapon mods where as the default items can not use the new weapon mods added by GRA

Seems kind of silly that they'd do it like that.
zetenrisiel
I remember reading somewhere that several MOD mods were already out so they did it to prevent conflicts with those mods. That may not be based in any fact though, and i agree. It bums me out when I find a powerful weapon and the end up not using it because I can't mod it, only to have it never show up at gun runners
