LE Auriels bow bloodcursed arrow effect as a shout or spell

As far as I can see there have been 3 attempts at this.

 

1) The effect only lasts for 2 minutes, so it's useless

2) Adds the visual effect but vampires still take sun damage

3) Blocks out the sun permanently, but vampires are only immune to sun damage for the first day, the next day the visual effect is still in place, but sun damage is back again.

 

I play with skyrealism-capacity enabled so I can't afford to carry around a bow purely for a single use per day. I also play as a caster so plain and simply, I don't want to have to use a bow for anything.

 

I'm looking for a shout or spell that'll mimic the exact power of a bloodcursed arrow being shot at the sun by Auriels Bow. The premise seemed simple so I tried myself, but I can only find the visual effect under the creation kit.
