Deadly reflex 6.0 bug

Belive me this bug is rare i don't guess that somone know it :sad:

 

Well I get right to the point:

 

If I draw my fists means I don't have any weapon in my hand

then my camera change it's view to my feet, but if i move, attack or block then it's normal again, but if i stop moving punching or blocking it goes back to the view of my feet :confused:

 

this only happens if i equip my fists as a weap but only if my fists are drawn, well that confused me all the time now and I don't have any idea how I can fix that problem, I tried to change the load order but that didn't helped, i searched on the internet for hours but couldn't find a topic or solution to my problem. :sad:

 

So here's my load order if u really need it (deadly reflex was the first mod that I installed and already back then i had this problem..)

If I recall correctly DR6 was featuring something called 'Fake First Person' view, likely based on Loup Sombre's "3rd Person Animations In 1st Person View", where a custom 1st person skeleton is used which is functioning with the regular 3rd person animations. However, if such skeleton is your 1st person skeleton now, then having 'any' (and I mean it!) real 1st person animation left in your folder will kill your camera in similar ways as you described. Only 3rd person animations or the adapted 1st person animations coming with the mod will work. Install a replacement package, or any other mod, with 1st person animations, and your view will go haywire.

 

I can't tell from your load order though, whether you're using some animation replacers or not, as they're usually resource-file-based and don't have an ESP. It only happening when your fists are raised let's me suspect there's another fist fight animation, or maybe even only the idle stance, installed which is messing things up. Combat animation replacers are rather common, knowledge of their incompatibility with famous combat-overhaul mods sadly is not.

 

A simple trick to find it out for sure would be to go into your "meshes/characters/_1stperson" folder and search for an animation along the line of "unarmed"- (or something labeling it as unarmed combat measures) -"idle.kf". (For one-handed weapons for example the file should be named something like "1handidle.kf" or something. Don't have a way to look it up right now.) Make a backup of this one (copy&paste&rename) and then copy its 3rd person counterpart into the 1stperson folder and rename it accordingly, if needed. Then see what happens ingame when you draw your fists.

 

If it didn't help or made things worse, you can always go back to the backup you made, or if everything else fails, reinstall DR6 to make sure any previous replacements done by you will become undone.
