Nyyriki Posted January 27, 2014 Share Posted January 27, 2014 I'm playing with FCOM installed, and some other mods, and occasionally when I loot an enemy, none or a few items they are carrying/using don't appear and their weapon will disappear completely. It will still show them wearing their armor, but I can't loot it. Any ideas what's causing this to happen? DrakeTheDragon Posted January 27, 2014 Share Posted January 27, 2014 If I recall correctly, weapons normally couldn't be found in the inventory as most NPCs 'drop' them on death.However, the armor they're wearing not appearing inside their inventory is a setting that was ticked for the specific armor piece. It's not marked 'playable'.It depends on the armor they're wearing and the reasons behind why it was made that way, but it sounds like done on purpose to me. Is it only special armors, or is it happening with 'all' armors? Or maybe are 'all' armors in your game coming from the overhauls even? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Nyyriki Posted January 27, 2014 Author Share Posted January 27, 2014 It's happening to all the armor. A lot of it is added in by FCOM, but they should be appearing in the loot menu. Sometimes I can loot it, but more often than not I can't. And the weapons are disappearing from the game entirely. As soon as I click on the corpse, the weapon vanishes, whether they were holding it or they "dropped" it on death. I've had several instances where it was right next to their body, I click on the corpse to loot, nothing they were using or very little shows up, and when I exit I see the sword just disappear as if it never existed.
