LE Surprisingly, the most "missing" mod I've encountered

Iv'e been poking around for ages on Nexus, endorsing a ton of mods. However, there is one mod remarkably missing from the repertoire.

 

NPC and PC movement speeds (including horsed) for both walking and running speeds.

 

There are mods that speed up walking, and slow down running, set by the author, no changing of the value. There are mods that speed up horses running. There are mods that speed up horses walking. There are mods that edit NPC movement speeds.

 

There is no inclusive mod which allows you to edit walk speeds (horsed or on foot) and separately run speeds (horsed and on foot).

 

I'd think this would be a superb mod for MCM compatability. I'm not talking "insanely fast" "I'm The Flash" mod. Just tweaking.

 

I'm using a mod now which seems to work "the best" but hasn't been updated in almost 2 years. Speeds up the walk speeds by about 75%, slows down the run speeds a bit, edits both NPC and PC movement.

 

However, within an acceptable range, it would be nice to be able to control this via a slider. Or even add an option for your stamina score to increase this variable - more Stamina, faster runner.

 

It always sort of bothered me that pretty much everything runs or whatever the same speed. Hm. This might be my first foray into Skyrim modding. Lord knows I've done enough modding for NWN and NWN2.
