No Camera shake/stagger effect in third person?!

It may be a tad late but for anyone else interested and that found this thread via Google like me I found an easy way to disable that sway when being staggered.

Just create a new empty text file and name it staggercamera.hkx and place that file in Skyrim\Data\meshes\actors\character\animations

 

That finally removed it for me after many attempts with INI tweaks, Skytweak as mentioned above and what not. It annoyed the hell out of me with the Lock-On mod.

In case this helps someone : I was looking for the exact same thing and found that Skytweak has on option for that. Decreasing stagger duration to the minimum (or close to it) will fix it.
