Game Crashes when i approach Nipton

As the title says, my game slows as it loads Nipton, then decides it cant handle it and crashes. This has occured a few times now, each time trying a different load order. Speaking of which, here it is:

Those are the ticked ones, theres some unticked ones. I use BOSS to tell me what load order is best, however there are quite a few unrecognised plugins which i didnt know where to put.
