Thiamor
My suggestion is a huge tower, and when I say huge, I mean it.This tower which I'm calling the "Oblivion Tower" is a major training zone and a huge quest idea. First thing's first, though. I wanted to suggest that the generalized backstory is that this tower is actually man-made, but for amusement purposes, Mephala decided to get a curse placed onto the tower that without a lord, the tower will vanish and reappear in Oblivion until every few weeks in-game time. You then are supposed to ascend the tower, fighting the monsters, and the maps and items/monsters are all level based. Once entering the tower, you cannot exit back. You then have to travel each of the tower's sections, leading to the next section, and thus cannot travel back from any map. There will be like 5 parts, each part having 10 sections to go into. Each part being themed differently. Also each part holding tower specific items that you cannot get anywhere else, thus if you rush through sections, you'll miss rare items, equipment, spells and so forth. Each section having monsters that are stronger than you, more like 10 or 20 levels higher, and if you're a level 10, you fight level 20's or 30's, and once you reach level 30, you fight level 40's or 50's and so forth, as an example. Now if you're level 20, you stay in the level 20 sections until you reach level 30, thus moving onto the next higher level limited part. The idea behind making players travel this tower is that it was created to steal all of the world's magic, concentrating it all at the top of the tower, thus transporting it's usage into the tower, and the top of the tower itself. IE, once it spawns into the world, no one outside of the tower can use any magical abilities. You're then supposed to go to the top, fight the super boss there, and either take limited control of the tower, allowing to use it as a player home for a short time, until the time limit runs out and it goes back into Oblivion (and returns a few weeks or longer), or you defeat the owner and send it back to Oblivion without ruling it, thus you have to wait a few weeks before it returns. With this it'll always give you extremely powerful enemies to fight and items to obtain. Sort of an endgame mode. Once you go inside you have to defeat an entire part before being allowed to teleport out of it. But once you go back into the tower, you have to start over again. I wanted to know if it's possible, and if anyone would be willing to even consider it, even if it's nerfed down.Lastly, is my super boss idea for the top of the tower. The super boss no matter your level, will be just that. Super. While it will be based on your level, it'll be based as being extremely hard for your current character. The idea is this is one reason the tower reappears. The curse was placed onto the man, and the man's soul placed into the tower, and his physical body staying in that world, and the soul was cursed to always stay connected to the body and the tower, so it keeps the towering from forever being located in Oblivion. He'll have high HP, defense, agility, the works. Now, from the start of this fight it'll use a spell only he can use in the game (for now). It'll be a Max HP spell that will continuously increase his over all maximum health by 500 every 3 seconds, but it won't heal him. What it'd do is keep his damage where it's at when he casts it (even if he's fully healed before he uses it, his HP stays at his first max), but also he'll cast a regen spell where he'll heal 50 HP every second or two, with an array of other healing abilities, while attacking you physically and magically. One being a teleportion spell that will have him teleport you onto a series of spike traps, lava/fire and so forth, or drop you from a certain height (where it won't kill you.) After his time runs out for his Regen and max boosting, he'll release wings and fly up, going around the arena casting highly powerful spells down onto you (and still teleporting you around). Once 5 minutes are up, he'll land, and rush towards you with extremely powerful swords that hurt you while healing him each hit, and his attacking speed is extremely quick. Once you damage him for half of his current HP, dragons will spawn and fly at you, which you'll have to defeat. It'll be like the Dragonborn questline, where you cannot hurt him until the dragons are defeated. It'll allow you to attack him but until the Dragons are killed, he obtains extremely high and quick HP regen abilities. Once all of the 8 dragons are killed, he'll rush you again with a new set of weapons (and he starts out really slow) that slow you down while speeds himself up, and with each speed bonus granted, his strength also increases. After his HP is nearly gone, he'll summon one more beast to fight for him, which begins the healing again, but his max HP is lowered way under your own, and once the beast is killed, you can finally rush him and only him. The beast should be stronger than the 8 dragons together, but very wild and hard to control for him, thus doing very random movements, but once hit you take on a lot of damage and different ailments that are slightly protected if you have protection for it, but it'll hurt more than if it was cast onto you by anyone else. Now while it seems like a lot, I feel it'd make for a very interesting boss, not counting it's based on your level. Once defeated you also obtain the items he had, and the spell books of the spells he used. From the 8 Dragon summoning (and the increase HP regen from it) to the flying, to the high powerful spells, to the beast summoning, and the max HP growth spell he used, and lastly a spell to revive him as your follower until the tower appears again, and he then vanishes back to the top. Based on what you did to him as your follower, he'll have his default (level based) stats, added onto what items you gave him. Thus you fight him again. When you get him as a follower again, he'll be even stronger. If this sounds like I'm ORDERING things to be done a certain way, I apologize. I just want to fully explain my idea.
