Outfit and hat based on the Sneering Imperialist Perk

Hello there, long time player of FNV and user of mods in general.

 

Sadly I lack any time or general ability with modding andI was wondering if somebody could make a possible tribute outfit to the Sneering Imperialist perk? I believe you can use and edit most of the assets with base game stuff using the GECK.

 

I believe the top half off a slightly tweaked and retextured Enclave officer uniform with the boots and trousers from the Tenpenny suit could work quite well together. Obviously the general colour of the uniform would need to be retextured as well as the sleeve cuffs. The only original assets perhaps would the headgear and maybe the possible backpack.

 

Stats wise, I would just make it decent light armour that can perhaps be repaired with casual clothing or light armour.

 

Clothing should give something like +2 to melee and +1 to Guns and the hat a slight charisma bonus. A good location to find these half damaged would be ironically in the Followers Fort.

 

If anyone wishes to expand on the project, maybe a officer version with slightly different gear over the jacket and a bicorner hat or a more logical American soldier version ;).
