Ironsights and Missing meshes

Edit 2: Save making a new topic, if any sees this but when starting a new game I've given many items during the birth scene, including Gloves, pipboy glove replica, birthday suit, broken steel animation options and others but I have no idea what mod they are from and they don't seem to be regiven to me, is there a command or trick I could to to force the game to giving me that intial start up inventory, or what would be the best way to see what mod gives what items so disable and reenable them on a saved game outside the vault.

 

Edit: Solved, using the non paradox version not only has ironsights working but meshes visable, I'd like to leave this hear though because I'd like to know the why if I can, might be good to know for future cases.

 

Meshes go missing if I use RH ironsights (Paradox merger + Compatibility patches for EVE FWE and WMK) So far it seems to be 10mm and the BB guns but going to get all guns affected by that mod are missing, baseball bat is fine. Install with FOMM and used boss auto sort. Anyone able to help work out what is causing the meshes to go missing with this mod, it's one I'd really don't want to lose, already been a few I've had to drop to work out other issues.
