Something that includes: Choosing your companions skills when they level up.Add perks to your followers like you do for yourself.Unlocking Squads (one at a time) from various factions: -Finishing the main quest gives you a brotherhood paladin and two knights to command -Doing Riley's Rangers lets lets you recruit 3-4 of the rangers -Befriending the Outcasts lets you add 3-4 Brotherhood outcasts -Finishing the slaver quests gives you slavers -Finishing Broken Steel gives you the Lyons Pride It's almost enough to inspire me start learning to use the GECK. Granted that having a full leveled, perked squad would require some extra difficulty in the game, but it could add some interesting depth.
