dezdimona
those are missing meshes.the mod was installed wrong more than likely. Get OBMM (oblivion mod manager) it install the mod correctly with error. http://timeslip.chorrol.com/obmm_download.htmlget the self-install version
Khet
The problem is, is that you forgot to install the meshes and textures! When you download a mod and extract the Archive you should have a new folder with the name of the archive. Open that folder and there's one of two ways everything will be set up. Either you'll have a folder called Data, or you won't have a folder called Data. If you have a Data folder open it up, if not, look below. http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f80/Bakohryu/ModListExample.jpg This picture shows an example of how mods are packaged. Your folders may vary slightly (No Video or DistantLOD, but you should have Textures and Meshes at least) Now, no matter what files and folders you have here, unless the ReadMe states otherwise ALL of these folders are copied into your Oblivion/Data directory. When asked to Merge the folders ALWAYS SAY YES! This does NOT overwrite, but instead merges the downloaded folder with the folder in your Oblivion/Data directory. Edit: Dez, while OBMM is still a great tool I think one should also learn how to install mods manually. Sometimes modders don't set up their mods in a way that OBMM understands (and they also don't always include the OMOD conversion scripts) so you have to still understand which folder you have to use to make the OMOD. Take my example above, it's a mod I'm working on. If you notice my path to get to the actual mod files are Evanore/Evanore Island/Data. That's because I have some other stuff in the Evanore folder itself. If I were to just simply make an OBMM out of the folder called Evanore it wouldn't work since OBMM wouldn't be able to find my .esp. So understanding the method used to manually install mods makes things much simpler. They'd notice the way I've set up my folder, then change the OMOD creation process accordingly. That is, until I figure out how to write OMOD conversion scripts but that's another topic in and of itself.
