Custom Class Description

Before starting a new game, I like to establish a general idea of what my character will be like. I write his background, get an idea of what he will look like, and of course, write a short description of his profession or class. It never really bothered me before, but this time I've come up with a really great custom class description that I would like to see in-game. I realized that, unlike Morrowind's, Oblivion's custom class creator does not give you the ability to write a brief description for your class, which, as a devout role-player but an ignorant modder, find quite frustrating and unable to solve. I'm surprised such a feature was lacking from the base game in the first place. My request should be simple enough. Could a Morrowind-esque "Class Description" option be added to Oblivion's custom class creator?

 

P.S.: While I realize that a new class with its own description could probably be created using the Construction Set, I think it would be much more convenient to have a mod that simply adds an in-game "Class Description" button.
