Construction set for macs

So, here's the deal. I bought oblivion for my pc years ago. Downloaded the construction set, had some fun, and made some simple mods that were received fairly well.

My PC is dead now and i now own a macbook pro for Graphic design purposes, i downloaded a version of Oblivion that works on my mac and i figured out how to apply mods again. But there is some things i can't get because they are .exe files, such as OBSE and the Construction set.

So, I thought i'd ask the forums if anybody knows how i could use CS or OBSE on my mac without using something like crossover or parallells or basically installing windows onto my mac.
