Kvatch Problems

I have a really annoying problem that is constantly occurring...

Any time I start oblivion with a mod that mods kvatch active the game looks like it's going to start and then it goes back to desktop. This happens with both Kvatch Rebuilt and Kvatch Aftermath. The only things in my load order are Oblivion, Shivering Isles, and Kvatch Aftermath. Any particular reasons why this would happen?

did you finished the main quest ? (for kvatch aftermath )

do you have the latest patches , obse ?

I have to finish the entire main quest? I have both obse and the latest patch so that can't be the problem. Time to go finish the main quest, I guess.

kvatch rebuilt will start after finishing the Kvatch Quests (the castle siege one is the last I think)

And whaddya know, the game still refuses to start even if I'm only running rebuilt or aftermath. Rebuilt has worked before, I wonder why it isn't working....

Maybe download the Unofficial Oblivion patch, Unofficial Shivering Isles patch and the Unofficial Official Mods Patch. Even if this doesn't fix your problem, you should have it anyway.

 

I would also recommend some crash prevention mods. You can use my signature to find some.
