Texture replacment for QTP3 simply not working

SOLVED: For whatever reason, my video driver settings for mipmap quality have reset themselves automagically to use "Highest Performance" instead "High Quality". I feel absolutely ridiculous. I had been handling the BSA redirection and texture placements correctly all along.

Current testbest: Oblivion - SI + latest official patch, using QTP3+1.3 update

 

Not a single texture appears upgraded. This is odd, because on my past installation it worked perfectly. All meshes/textures directories are copied into Data, and I've attempted for BSA redirection and alteration on separate occasions. Nothing. I've used the Archive Invalidate Invalidated mod (which is somewhat identical to OBMM redirection anyway) to the same dismay. I simply can not get these textures to load.

 

Thoughts?

 

edit: As a side note, I've also discovered that changing my texture size from Large, to Medium, to Small changes -nothing- at all.

 

double-edit: Oooh! If I completely remove QTP3, then I can change between texture sizes. If I use QTP3, then I get a terribly low, poor, and sick version of the QTP3 added textures that can't toggle between texture sizes. Why is this? Attached is an image of what QTP3 looks like on the ground, with BSA redirection active, Large textures (doesn't matter, since you can't switch between them when using QTP3 anyway).
