Leveling up trouble

Hi, I just saw that my level have now been lvl 2 for maybe a month. My "experience bar" doesn't increase. I don't know what It might be but I'm suspicious about the Character Generate Amulet. I think that Every time I use it, my level resets to 0. (meaning that I'm reseting the "exp" that I gained, therefore returning to 0). Anyone have any idea why it's like this?

 

Also, I used the Amulet on another Character which is lvl 19, and when I used it to change race, my attributes resets to level 1. It's said clearly in the descrpition that it wont reset them, but they still do. Why's that? All though the leveling problem is top priority, I guess it wouldn't hurt to ask about this aswell.

What does the Character generate amulet do and do you absolutely need it?

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2072 it's an amulet that lets you change race, sex, class and birthsign at any time. And I guess I really don't need it at all, I'm just piling up ideas of what might cause it.

I would suspect a problem with the script. See if the readme mentions anything about your problem. If not, you may want to tell the mod creater about this and see if he/she fixes it.

I've now confirmed that it is the amulet that reseted my exp to 0. I Logged in to another character of mine that was lvl 9 with a 50% exp gain, and then I used the Amulet to only change my face, and I saw that my exp was gone. Thanks for your help, I should probably contact the mod creator about this.
