Cakester, your creatures looks like something that would come out of those old Genesis or SNES shooters such as Gunstar Heroes, Alien Soldier or Contra. They're unique, strange, and would make interesting boss fights, I think.

Like that one Xen tail creature thinggy which tormented me in Hal Life.

AH, here's an idea; why don't you make floating creatures in the vein of Nihilanth in Half Life. That would make an interesting fight.

I finally finished the skeleton and did the first two basic animations.

Here's a video of the tail creature (tentacle) I was talking about:

Here's a video of the Alien Soldier boss named 7th Force which looks a bit like your creature:

And here's a picture of Half Life's Nihilanth:

And a video of it:

Perhaps those could be of some inspiration.

Anyhow, I look forward to seeing your creation in game. :)

I know if i made it pink and placed a redheart on it all the girls would want it.

Or you could make it the Killer Rabbit. There's already a Holy Hand Grenade mod.

The forward animation is a bit stiff, methinks.

yes too slow and the feet should be rotated inwards before they kickoff maybe.

I'm thinking there's something odd with the legs. In your animation, the rabbit seem to move forward by moving two front feet at once. Somehow it felt unnatural.

But then again, I'm not familiar with the way rabbits actually move.

they push off with their back feet and then land on their front.
