CTD during Movie to Character Creation

I've tried uninstalling and disabling modsthat could alter or conflict during the load times, though any save even with newmods uploaded to it don't have any issues/ Itonly crashes when I makea new character. (I apologize my space bar doesn't always respond when pressed)

 

Update: Found HOD as the main issue but after the character creation it CTDs when trying to start up, The moment it shows the Bethesda Logo.

Ah it is now crashing upon launching the game. Before and once in a while right after the bethesda logo appears.

Well I dscovered what crashed it upon start up however I stll crash once I enter the window to start creating my character. Ay elp would be appreciated if you need more information please ask.
