Timb91
The MOD doesn't seem to work. According to the installation guide on the MOD's ReadMe, it says that you must put the 7zip file, or "data", into the Fallout3 folder. This causes the file to automatically go into the appropriate place. But for some reason, it's not in my Data Files in the launch window. I have the archiveinvalidation program set to activated, so that cannot be the problem. Did I do anything wrong?
katsu4649
That mod will not show in the fallout plugin lists, as it isn't a plugin (.esp file). There are two .7z files, the first one that holds the second one, and then you extract the second one into the data folder. As long as ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated! installed right, Fallout will load the new textures instead of the old ones.

The Archiveinalidation Invalidated! program has been extracted to the Fallout3 install folder like it should. The texture folder has also been inserted into the data folder. The textures are not working at all.
katsu4649
Hmm, would it be possible for you to put a screenshot of some sort of your folder structures, only reason I ask is because I actually use this mod and I could compare it to my installation. http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b346/katsuakimoto/Structure.pnghttp://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b346/katsuakimoto/Files.pnghttp://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b346/katsuakimoto/Invalidation.pngI realize this is all basic stuff, and I'm not trying to sound rude, but I have actually messed up like this a lot, and these little things can really mess us up sometimes ;D

katsu4649
A shot of what's in data\textures\landscape\..The textures should just work automatically as long as they are there and that ArchiveInvalidation is working; if we can prove that both are indeed correctly placed and all config files are correctly adjusted, then we know there is some hidden underlying problem.
