My issue is this:

 

I start a new game, and everything works up until I leave Riverwood for the first time, on the road to Whiterun. I cross the bridge, go up the hill, kill that wolf, and start to walk passed that stone to go down the hill to Whiterun, and I CTD. I try go to Bleak Falls Barrow, and as I come around the corner after killing the wolf, it CTD. I take the road on the right, just before the bridge to go around the hill to Whiterun, and it CTD.
