If I remeber it right, the mod lets you as a Werewolf bite other humans and turn them into werewolfs and then you can recruit them as your companions and make your own little clan. I think there's a similar (but not as extensive and advanced) mod for werewolves, You can bite others and turn them into Werewolves and then have them as your companions.
