DrewReaLee
I have a really odd bug that I've never seen before with Skyrim. Skyrim works fine the first time I boot up the game. There's no crashes in game and I can play as long as I like. However after I quit my session and try to relaunch the game later, the game crashes to desktop on the loading screen after I select a save to load. The only way I get Skyrim to run again is if I restart my computer. However, the problem persists and I can only launch Skyrim one time per restart. The problem definitely has something to do with mods. These are the mods I recently installed and since uninstalled. Does anyone know where the issue is? I have literally done everything I can think of from verifying the game cache to changing the load order of the mods. DrewReaLee
Try starting a new game, maybe your save file became corrupt. Restarting the game after 300+ hours of playtime. No thank you lol. Anywho, I fixed the problem. I didn't buy Dawnguard and did a mission unknowingly. It was as simple as purchasing Dawnguard. No more crashes.
