Odd interface issue related to number of mods....

Ok got an odd issue here. I searched bud didn't find anything about a max number of mods but I have no other idea of what could be causing this. I have a lot of mods installed. Both large and small, but really the only large one I have is MMM and the official DLCs. Most are ether game tweaks to how in my opinion the game should have been or house mods in new cities. When trying to run all my mods at once I get an issue with the interface. I am not able to open the game menu by hitting esc the menu doesn't appear. I am not able to use quick save or quick load. The game will NOT save when I enter a new cell or a building but it will say that it has auto saved. This happens when ever I get over 219 mods. It doesn't mater if its an esm or a esp. It doesn't matter what kind of mod it is, a texture replacer for an item, quest tweak, or adds an item.... My pluggin list is as follows if its any help....

okay, you have a lot of mods and it has probably caused too many files loaded in the cache and some have to be booted out, just a guess

But I do know that all MMM esp's should be loaded LAST, they won't work right otherwise; i also recommend loading Fellout just before MMM but other than getting rid of some mods you don't us emuch then I can't help you
