Druuler
It has been about 10 months since ZuluFoxtrot was banned and both versions of his Zombie Apocalypse mod were removed from the Nexus. I was wondering if the Staff had any objections to my re-uploading the last version (ver9-1) before the one that prompted the ban and removal, for Fallout 3? I understand that, if allowed, I will be uploading ver 9-1 "as is", with no modifications and complete with the original readme file. Thank-you for your consideration,Druuler
Oubliette
You'd need ZuluFoxtrot's permission before his mod could be uploaded here, in writing. Other than that I'm not aware of any other objections the staff might have, they may have none or they may have many. It's best to try contacting a staff member directly in cases involving a specific mod and banned modder.
Thandal
Presuming that the contents of the file itself are acceptable under the other clauses, the Nexus Terms of Service are very, very clear on this: All files uploaded must have been created by the uploader or used with permission from the original author of the content. Such permission must be indicated in the Readme text attached to the file and/or on the Description page (or in the Description field for images), and must be obtained in advance, before uploading the file. If you cannot provide proof of consent then your file will be removed and your account is likely to be banned. And every single time you post a file here you have to acknowledge the following: I testify that all the content in the files I am going to upload are my own or are used with the express permission of the original creators of the files I have used and I have properly credited the original creators in my ReadMe, and in the mod description or in the "Credits" text area of the "Distribution permission" section of this page. I understand and accept that I will be banned from this site if I am found to be lieing about this. Any questions?

Thandal
No idea, (I wasn't involved with that case.) Most likely reasons are mod theft (including someone else's work without permission or credit) or including copyrighted material (vanilla game/DLC elements). But I really don't know.

Druuler
http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/957628-zulufoxtrot-banned/?I did warn him via PM that what he was doing was against the rules. He acknowledged that and said he would change the file, but he never did. *shakes head*
