DrakeTheDragon
You can use any mod manager you like but the official launcher, that one's useless as it's always displaying in alphabetical order.Heck, you can even use a file redating tool, as far as Oblivion is concerned, as last modified date is what's determining the order in Oblivion. However, if you've got a couple dozen different mods all interdependant on each other, and they will only work right when arranged in the one and only perfect order, what do you prefer?- Several hours of try and miss, figuring out thousands of different combinations to find the 1 that will work?- Or use the combined knowledge of all contributors so far to the community-maintained BOSS masterlist telling you the exact right order they should be in right from the start? At the end of the day it's your choice. There's quite a bunch of people I know hardcore-tweaking their mod load orders only manually ever by all means. So it can be done. But it involves a lot of inside knowledge to succeed of course... or just an insane lot of time.
