ya know the jinkblade at beginning

starting with my first thief and was wondering, is the jinkblade half decent

 

if yes, i buy it, and later make a strong version

if no, i stick 2 archery

 

please bare in mind i am a beginning thief and no insults

 

please also post ur reason

Theives shouldn't fight, they should run away and hide in barrels.

 

But i havn't played Morrowind for a while so i cant remember what the jinkblade does. I'd stick to a weapon with paralyse on hit effect. It's great untill either the enchantment runs out, or the enemy has resistance to paralyse, or worse reflect spell.

 

On the other hand it's good since you only need about 2 seconds for paralyse since everytime you hit him, it affects him.

Whatever your favourite skill, getting the daedric example (bow, katana etc.) at level 1 is a great help. If you don't know how to do this, search the forums. No cheat is involved and you can do it on PC or xbox. You can subsequently enchant the weapon if you wish.

jinkblade does paralyze for 10 seconds

 

i know i shouldn't fight but i can't b peaceful all the time

 

i will also use a bow so i can fight and stay hidden, the jinkblade is in case i run out of arrows.
