As well give more detail as to when, where and how your game is crashing. Is it crashing to desktop when looking at water? Is it crashing when loading a previous save? Have you tried loading an earlier save? Does it still crash if you start a new game? Did it start after installing a certain mod? Need more details to help.

OP:

 

1) Download and install the unofficial patches (for the main game and the DLCs).

 

2) I suspect you are returning to Skyrim after a lengthy hiatus, because some of your mods selections look 'outdated.' For example:

ScenicCarriages.esp

'Scenic Carriages' is buggy and no longer supported. It has now been superceded 'Touring Carriages.'

 

As such, go through all of your mods, make sure all of them are updated to the latest version. Remove any mod that has not been updated after the latest official patch was released and for which support has been abandoned.

 

3) Download TES5Edit from the link in your BOSS log, follow the instructions on the same page, and clean any plugins flagged by BOSS as containing 'dirty edits' (except where the BOSS log has indicated the 'dirty edits' need not be cleaned for a particular plugin), including the DLC and udpate esm's. You will need to remove identical to master entries as well as undelete/disable deleted references.

 

4) As Markus says, describe your CTDs in greater detail.
