TheVampireDante Posted February 7, 2014 Share Posted February 7, 2014 That item is official Oblivion DLC - no one can send you that as it would be illegal (distribution of copyright material without permission). All of the DLC are included in the "Game of the Year Deluxe Edition" - which is now the only way to legitimately purchase Fighter's Stronghold for the PC version. Do not ask for this again.
