I don't know the song, but "Juden hasst" can only be understood as a command "Jews, hate [somebody/thing else]"; "I hate Jews" would be "Ich hasse Juden" (only translating, not explaining my own views).Aside from that, yes Rammstein do play with/have a sicko image, partly because they have named themselves after the German airbase; they've also made a song about that (I think it was on the album "Herzeleid"). But there are two important things: 1. They aren't really sickos, "evil" or whatever; it's simply an image. Provoking, as is obvious, but that's intended.2. They are no (neo)nazis. Strangely, it is not too unusual that nazis simply "elect" a band as their favourite band simply because they sing in German or whatever. But Rammstein's songs never contained racist/fascist lyrics and they never intended to reach specifically that audience. If you want to talk about racist/fascist bands, take Burzum or Barad-dûr.
