Contempt of court or MURDER IN THE 1st DEGREE

1st July:

A German woman; Muslim, daughter of Egyptian immigrants was stabbed to death in Dresdon City Court during a court hearing.

The murderer, her nieghbour, and earlier accused her of being a terrorist because she was wearing a veil, the man had repeatedly used foul and abusive language against her and her religion, on several occasions.

The woman had filed an official complaint for religious oppression and religious persecusion. During a hearing on the matter, the murderer approached her and stabbed her several times, and her husband atleast once.

The German media has completely suppressed this story, and few other are even as yet aware of it.

How like Germany to censor and sweep under the rug their more unsavory and shameful acts rather than man up and take responsibility. Their government sure knows how to educate their citizens on Racial and Religious freedom and equality now don't they? Good thing this guy's not in a position of power. We don't need another Adolf Hitler in the house.

I say they murderer should be strung up in the streets and lit ablaze. Any civilized human being knows that there are many many non-Islamic terrorists. Hell, most of the terrorists don't even really follow Islam, but rather a twisted and bastardized falsified extremist view that involves ignoring the biggest tenets of their scriptures (Don't kill innocents, don't kill yourself, the Jihad is a DEFENSE of your religion and NOT all out attacks and slaughter of those who believe differently). Even one of the most well known Islamic practicioners and Scholars has said that the terrorists ignore the basic tenets of Islam and intentionally bastardize and misinterpret the teachings within their holy book.

Nothing against Germany, they have denounced Hitler's regime completely, but sweeping things under the rug and pretending they never happened will NOT make things right again. No one else is pretending everything's all fine and dandy with them. That includes this particular incident as well as everything done during WW2.

I say they educate their citizens better on this matter rather than say "Oh my, those things didn't happen!" by censoring such news stories. If they don't do that, there will just be more of these kinds of murders.

This incident is a tragic non-event. It has little significance, trying to extrapolate from it in order to condemn all of German or European society is absurd and should be ignored.

The German media did not suppress anything. The media outlets that claim this show the great self-pity and wanted masochistic victimhood of the demagogic press in Arab and some Muslim countries. This is a tired old story which has existed since the ‘50’s in which they portray themselves as the victims of a vast Western or Jewish machination. The death of this woman is a terrible tragedy, but it is not indicative of some wider European sentiment. It should be left to the back pages of the local press to discuss. Instead it has been taken upon by populists in the Arab world to reinforce the view that Westerners are racist – and what more convenient place than Germany – given its history - from which to promote this view. Look at how Mahmoud Amadinejad has used this incident to condemn Germany, its judicial system and the response of the government. This incident serves squalid dictators by using it to channel anger towards the West rather than have the problem of having to deal with the many problems within their own countries.

Those that condemn the slow reaction of the German government clearly demonstrate their ignorance and plain stupidity. They have no idea how the German government works, they make no attempt at understanding the German Federalist system and how a concerted response is slow and difficult.

How cheap of you to make such a smug and unintelligent comment. The surreptitious underlying slur that you’re trying to make by suggesting that it is typical of Germany to carte blanche censor their ‘shameful acts’ is ridiculous and untrue. I don’t particularly like the free speech laws of Germany for their somewhat restrictive nature. However, if there is one charge that cannot be levelled upon them, it is that they censor their ‘shameful acts’. Germany wholly accepts the stigma of its past and does not make any attempt to suppress it, rather discussion is openly promoted.

I say they murderer should be strung up in the streets and lit ablaze. Any civilized human being knows that there are many many non-Islamic terrorists.

The motivation of the murderer was pure bigotry. To try and implicitly suggest that if the murderer were ‘civilized’ and that he had known that not all terrorists are Muslim is to miss the point. Do you think it would have made a difference if he had known this? Somehow I don’t think that the murderer was particularly concerned over acts of terrorism in say India or Indonesia. Do I honestly have to point out that the murderer was a xenophobe rather than a misguided footman in the War on Terror?

Hell, most of the terrorists don't even really follow Islam, but rather a twisted and bastardized falsified extremist view that involves ignoring the biggest tenets of their scriptures (Don't kill innocents, don't kill yourself, the Jihad is a DEFENSE of your religion and NOT all out attacks and slaughter of those who believe differently). This paragraph is an example of a typical apologetic response to jihadism. I wonder how you're able to so badly double guess the motivations of Islamist jihadis, when they tell us them on a regular basis?

Look, who are you, or I to say what Islam is when even the most learned scholars of the subject cannot seem to agree. The Grand Rector of the Sunni mosque in Cairo, cannot even make such a claim. There has been no concerted global effort from Islamic scholars to condemn jihadism because it is almost impossible to reach such a conclusion. This is because to do so would be to try and define an elusive set of ancient texts that claims to be the absolute revelation of the divine and secondly because the Hadith, clearly gives the Islamists canonical authority for their actions. It is not because of some skewed misinterpretation of Islam that someone decides to blow themselves up, rather it is directly because of it. (If I were to blow myself up then I would most likely want to research these things before I press a detonator on a crowded beach resort/bus/retirement home). The solution to this problem is not for apparatchik apologists to misconstrue the motivations of these scumbags. Instead it is for Muslims to outright reject parts of their canon, however here’s the catch 22: The Koran and Hadith claim to be the absolute divine revelation of their creator and so to reject any part of it would be reject an integral part of their religion and would mean that the Koran is manmade. I don’t think that this reformation is going to come about soon. And I don’t want to have to wait for another bomb to go off in London or Madrid or Tel Aviv before it does.

Well, you use many big words that my highschool graduate mind cannot grasp, and I do apologize for my smug response to the extreme censorship of the German media.

(I mean, who WOULDN'T assume Germany is too ashamed of WW2 to even speak of it when any game with even mild reference to Fascism and Nazis are outright banned with no chance at redeeming itself for a localized sale, not to mention all violence is completely cut from the game.)

However, to say anything about them being justified in their religion for bombing everything in sight, let's not forget the Koran explicitly states "Do not kill innocents", "Do not kill yourself", and "Defend your faith". Nowhere does it contradict these, which is where I come from in saying that the extremists who strap bombs to themselves are no more Islamic than Adolf Hitler was Jewish.

And also, since when is America assaulting Islam? We haven't started with the whole "I rub my bullets in Pig Fat" until AFTER they started bombing the ever loving bollocks out of us and our homeland. I say it's poetic that we should plaster Hebrew text saying things like that on our tanks and stuff. At least then the terrorists would have some reason to be attacking us.

But still, in the scope of this tragic event, we should see if someone goes to the trouble of poetic justice and stabs his wife/girlfriend/****buddy to death while he watches, eh? See how it feels to feel the pain of the man who he deprived of having his loving wife for the rest of his days?

Bigotry is the root of many modern evils. Only when we are deprived of the stomach for this racist and religiously motivated hate will we be liberated from this kind of garbage. I say make an example of anyone and everyone harboring hateful ideals. And by "Make an example of", I don't mean anything they'd live through. Public executions, torture, hell, dip them in a vat of battery acid for a half-hour. Show them this bull isn't tolerated.

@MajKrAzAm,

To make this as clear as possible.

I was born in Muslim family but chose to abandon Islam in favor of basic moral-ism. This choice did not go well with my fellows, but by religion and law it is a choice I have the right to make.

The reason behind the post was not religious but rather moral. The murderer was seriously injured by German Police fire in the court the moment the court security guards realized what he had done, the husband of the deceased was also injured by the police fire.

My qualm is not that this incident happened, but rather that this was one of hundreds of incidents that pass as footnotes on local and international news paper monthly, if you would look past the propaganda of the factions in this global war, you would realize there is no good, no right and no one is fighting for God or freedom.

This war is about evil, greed and ethnic cleansing. It is not only affecting the lives of those that live in these war zones, but also costing the lives of civilians outside.(Xenophobia, fear of stranger, or those different from one self, thanks for reminding me this term).

Xenophobia, Homophobia, Sociophobia, Agoraphobia, Astraphobia, these psychological conditions are induced in early life or immediately after a traumatic event. You are probably aware of this. It is however these practices, that leads to persecution, oppression and conflict.

The murderer did what it did, but I would ask you to tread very carefully here in regards to wars in India, Pakistan, Israel, Iraq, Afghanistan, Chechnya, there is much that can be said about who did what there and this forum is not place to mention such acts.

anyone of you guys ever been to krautland (mmh maj. maybe...)? :whistling:

1

each year we fritzes sacrifice a muslim to wotan... so thats not even worth the news, do you read of every thanxgiving party in the country? (it was in the news tho but what do i care)

:mage:

actually are we the best friends of em, we never betrayed em (like the brits), we never tried to exterminate them (like the juice) but their enemies (the juice), heck why should we mess with em? we just extort some africans who happen to be muslims, but we do so behind the frogs so we are all good... k?

2

if i remember correctly it was the victims brother who killed her,

but maybe i just mix it up with one of these honor killings :P (the muslims actually sacrifice about 2 germans each year... mostly our blonde and blue eyed super chicks... for screwing with their lil brother!!!!... morons... still dint get it... its an honor to get screwed by blue blond haired super chicks!!! some of us spent their whole schooltime trying to :P) :D

:iluvff:

mmh their sisters are neat too nevertheless :P (not the chubby ones  ... sigh... americans, weight is not an indicator for wealth)

3

we are one of the few countries filled with muslime since generations that actually gets along with em to most part, our kids play together and we did, yes we shmashed our heads in too but usually about who the most badass dude in the A-Team was or if that goal by munich on saturday was abseits or not...

:starwars:

4

5

muslims indeed suffer worldwide under all kinds of oppresssions, be it by the view of the public, an occupation force or the state

6

muslimes are just people as are sie dschermaens... oh and dont *ban me* with em btw... a desert tribe tried once... and i have to amplifiy that, our censorship laws forbid me not to...

:fakenopic:

7

germany has only one bloody censorship law! youre not allowed to deny the holocoust (i think animal porn and teletubbies were banned too but i could be wrong)... thats it,

the other stuff nower days often use by the corrupt government is national security, you are not allowed to denounce democracy (whatever they think that is) if you have a (political) party, your party would get disbanded... uh nasty indeed...

well and here and there the fear from terrorists and child abuse gets used to established new laws of oppression but not censorship lol

censorship in "civilized" nations is being made by the media and the media alone... well maybe payed by the gov...

:geek:

8

most international terrorists are being payed by us companies, banks and government officials, national terrorists of all kind usually by neighbouring governments... governments did it in the past and they still do, false flag is the oldest tool of the world... even in the 36 strategies of the chinese it was employed yet (4.3 i think).

:geek:

9

lunatics can be found behind every corner... to say that faq represents the majority of all germans is like saying bush represents the majority of the amercants, uhm well you actually voted for him... we didnt lol... well... no offense :P

:bunny:

10

police officers are generally not geared towards keeping violence from happening, they are made to solve cases and to hit people on the head with rubber clubs... and they are good at it... yes they are...

11

security wether in officials buildings borders or whatever is pointless... if someone wants to commit a crime they can, nothing stops a criminal from doing so

...but we can shoot the *selfcensorshiprules* :P (killing is bad killing is bad killing is...)

:sorcerer:

12.

gah no point in arguing here... get a pic of zee germanz be4 you just declare em guilty... noone is actually except those that use their own fear to frighten others even more so they feel save again... and this speaks every "normal" humble man and women not guilty whilst speaking those in power guilty... that guy only went amok because he was told he has to fear her... he has to do so because our governments do, they make the media fear and so on... those that spread fear are those truly guilty...

rothshilds/rockafellaz/kennedies/etc?... maybe...

If honor killing were allowed in Islam, I would have been killed years ago.

My own father and one of my uncle have threatened to kill me because I chose to leave Islam, and have both been ousted from the family for it.

KILLING FOR SAKE OF HONOR IS PUNISHED BY HANGING OR STONING TO DEATH IN PUBLIC, ACCORDING TO ISLAMIC CIVIL LAW 930AD.

It was the neighbor not a relative who committed the murder. It was a racial hate crime not related to the German Nation.

I am accusing the German Media of failing to report and discourage hate crimes against Arabs and Persians.

My qualm is not that this incident happened, but rather that this was one of hundreds of incidents that pass as footnotes on local and international news paper monthly,

Look, it has recently become common to suggest that Muslims in Europe are coming increasingly under threat from a revival of nationalist sentiment. Some have even gone as far as to draw a comparison between Jews in Nazi Germany and Muslims in Europe today. I believe that this is false and that the reality is quite the opposite. There is no other demographic in Europe today that has had its ‘grievances’ addressed more than Muslims. Various institutions, legislation and committees exist to placate the concerns of this community. What is more chilling is the resurgence of anti-Semitism across Western Europe. In Britain there are six to seven times as many Muslims as there are Jews, yet if attacks on Jews were to be scaled up proportionately to reflect the Muslim population, then the number of attacks would be well over 3,600. A parliamentary report in 2006 found that a significant number of these attacks had an Islamist motivation. Rather than treating this resurgence of anti-Semitism with the seriousness it deserves the media has wholly ignored it. This is partly due to the fear of being labelled ‘Islamophobes,’ a dishonest word that is slowly infiltrating our vocabulary. The media have chosen to appease the feelings of the Muslim community by ignoring stories that might ‘offend’ them. This is all at the expense of the Jewish community in France and Britain whose continuous kristallnacht is being ignored simply because journalists are worried that they might harm the feelings of Muslims.

What I find most sinister regarding the death of Marwa El-Sherbini – apart from the death itself- is the aggressive and rather warlike response from elements within the Muslim world. There have been threats issued from many leaders including dangerous demagogues like Ahmadinejad - as I mentioned in my previous post – calling for a boycott of Germany, and some have even called for violent reprisals against Germany. This reaction is not new, recall for example the Danish cartoon controversy, and the disgusting response to it. Denmark, a small democratic and pluralistic society with a free press was subjected to a global campaign of hatred, violence and lies. A pogrom was launched against this small country, 200 people were pointlessly killed, and its diplomatic immunity was violated by mullahs who invited the intervention of two dozen ambassadors to condemn Denmark for the triviality of publishing a cartoon that lampoon’s a religion.

The murderer did what it did, but I would ask you to tread very carefully here in regards to wars in India, Pakistan, Israel, Iraq, Afghanistan, Chechnya, there is much that can be said about who did what there and this forum is not place to mention such acts.

I think you may have slightly misinterpreted me. The murderer was quite simply, a bigot. I brought up Indonesia and India in an attempt to further condemn him. My point was that the murderer’s action was not a response to terrorism, rather he was driven by his own hostility to foreigners. He called the victim a terrorist because of his vile bigotry. I was responding to what I saw as a misleading point in Foxxieboy’s post in which he attempted to rationalize the murderer’s irrationality. In my forceful approach I attempted to show that this was incorrect by taking his rationalization to its logical conclusion.
